Valley has designed and delivered cooling solutions ranging from a single room air conditioning unit to a complete factory process cooling and office complex.
Serving our customers
We have been designing, commissioning and maintaining refrigeration systems for over 25 years. We have developed several innovations and new ways of working to deliver solutions that match the needs of our customers. At Valley we never stop learning and firmly believe that the future lies in training, which is ongoing for all our engineers. Success comes from a deep understanding of the challenges, processes and potential pitfalls that surround every project. We take pride in our training of apprentices, a central strategy which we believe is the key for both our and more importantly our customer’s future success.
All of our contract clients receive the assurance of knowing if they have a refrigeration problem, one of our engineers will be there within four hours of making the call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year.
All of our service calls are documented with a Service Sheet, Method Statement and Risk Assessment, and a ‘F’ Gas Log Sheet.
